Changes to the trades in 23 have improved but as many have said, missing the auction house, trading players was the best thing that was taken away. Also, I don't exactly which version of Madden it was, but I miss having the announcer calling out formations and play by play in the seasons mode. Having whistles blown after every play is annoying and I tend to lose interest in playing after a few plays.
