A Charming Yet Simple RPG Experience

Despite having all the features of an RPG, Tales of Terrarum does provide a rather endearing look into a bright world. As soon as a person begins the game, it becomes obvious to state that much work has been put into the visuals. Graphics are very good and cartoonish in style, which is quite appealing and the images used are well drawn. From observing the rich vegetation and the six Lebensräumen to involvement with the different characters the graphics are breathtaking.
It’s a game that doesn’t take a lot of effort to get into and this makes it highly playable for every one. However, they might be a downside to this since some of the factors that make RPG appealing might be missing and may prove to be too simple to the advancing generation of RPG enthusiasts. In their essence, the proposed game has a rather typical RPG classification, as it is based on four key activities: exploration, quests and, of course, fighting monsters. What is more, some of these elements are well done while others can feel rather shallow especially for players who wanted a more RPG-based experience.
The characters, in Tales of Terrarum, are easily envisioned and all of them have their unique characteristics. This is one game where the developers have been very successful in making you invested in the characters of the game and in its setting. But unfortunately, this is quite a pleasant thing in of narrative and does not have many unexpected turns. In some ways it is a much more frivolous and whimsical affair than a traditional story could ever hope to be.
One disadvantage is that this game can only be played if one s an application which consumes 1. 33 GB which I think is too much for a mobile game depending on the size of the mobile device. This could be a problem particularly for those gamers who have a small space for storing their things. Further, there is the issue of the updates; the game may be in need of constant updates, or there may be need for additional content for a player to immerse themselves in the game in the long term.
Pros and cons of Tales of Terrarum
Pros:
✔ Beautiful Cartoonish Graphics - the game has the world beautifully animated and everything and everyone in it well-designed.
✔ Easy to Pick Up and Play - the simple mechanics, casual players don't really have a learning curve to accessibly play.
✔ Engaging Characters - every character has their individual personality, making it more enjoyable to interact with them.
✔ Different Environments - from the six different Lebensräumen, you get a wide range of unique places that are rich in nature.
✔ RPGing Relaxed; an RPG for those who just want to explore without rushing.
Cons:
✖ Shallow RPG - for a hardcore RPG player looking for deeper mechanics, this game may feel too casual.
✖ Repetitious Quests - Some quests feel generic and have no innovative feel at all.
✖ Limited Complexity in Story - the story turns out predictable without many major twists or surprises.
✖ Big Size - Requires 1.33GB of memory free and can be a little bit of an issue for mobile s with a run-down space.
✖ Requires Frequent Update - Frequent updates require people to spend more time on playing.
All things considered, Tales of Terrarum is an adorable RPG that is all pleasant with a certain monotone simplicity around it. It will readily suit those who are in need of a game that they can play whenever they are free, but probably won’t impress those who are in need of an RPG game.
