It say connection error and can't play

Just installed but it doesn't allow me to play. My connection is good.

I just Want To play this game, But I don't know why always get the problem no internet connection, my wifi so strong for and ping is low for Other games

It keeps saying connection failed and tried several times and it keeps saying that..
